Postfix / Re: How to bypass this error : admin@ - (bad address syntax)
« on: January 05, 2016, 05:24:52 PM »
Make sure you've mentioned full email address while creating a domain account. List all the accounts under the user account and see if you forgot to mention the full email. There should be a validation for the email field but it takes whatever you input. Messages from root will by default go to this account.

DNS Manager / Re: bug with DKIM record append
« on: January 05, 2016, 05:09:19 PM »
Nothing new here. This is a long standing bug reported earlier and still waiting when this would be fixed. For now, goto the DNS record and manually enter the new line as everybody else does  :-\

DNS / Re: all NS on 1 ip?
« on: January 05, 2016, 04:48:11 PM »
Yes, you can have both NS on the same IP. Though its not recommended and defeats the purpose of having a secondary name server for availability perspective.

Have you registered your name servers with your domain registrar ? The name servers needs to submitted the registry.

I encountered the same from past 2-3 days and the solution i found is the same as mentioned above. Adding "dovecot_destination_recipient_limit = 1" in the main.cf and restarting postfix delivered all mails stuck in the queue.

The detail button on each message in the queue had the error :mail system configuration error"

Technically I don't know what has changed and why do we need this setting now, as it was working just fine before.

MySQL / Re: MySQL error (MySQL server has gone away) on restart
« on: December 06, 2015, 05:41:49 PM »
Maybe a CWP reinstall will solve that.

No it's not a problem that will go away with a reinstall. I've installed two more new servers and they exhibit the same error.

E-Mail / Re: Does anyone have DMARC working?
« on: December 04, 2015, 08:19:27 AM »
List All the zones under DNs functions and click on Edit File of the domain you want the dmarc record for. Add this at the end

_dmarc.yourdomain.com. IN TXT "v=DMARC1; p=none; pct=100; rua=mailto:feedback@yourdomain.com; ruf=mailto:feedback@yourdomain.com; aspf=r;"

Leave a "new line" after this record i.e Press enter. Restart bind from the CP.

MySQL / Re: MySQL error (MySQL server has gone away) on restart

I've noticed the same problem while restarting the Mysqld service from the control panel. When i restart from command line, this problem is not reported. Anyway in the error messages it shows it's related to cwpsrv.
