E-Mail / hourly mail limit not working
« on: December 18, 2020, 04:32:27 PM »
Hi

I limited the emails sent from an account by setting the emails per hour to zero by creating a dedicated package, but I see that from that account the emails are sent anyway. is there a reason?

I expected that the emails queued waiting to be sent could be seen in the email queue but I don't see them, is that correct?

thank's

CentOS 7 Problems / Re: a lot of ram memory used

I have read it many times but it is not my case, where my system also uses a lot of swap and my mailbox is flooded with emails that tell me that I have run out of ram

CentOS 7 Problems / a lot of ram memory used
« on: November 08, 2020, 09:18:51 AM »
I am moving from a vps (vistual private server) to a vds (virtual dedicated server) at a low cost but with more resources, the ram was 8G it went to 10G but ...

on the VPS cwp with all my sites installed used about 3G of ram now on the VDS with half of the sites installed (I'm still migrating) I'm using 7.5-8G, I tried to stop ClamAV, Amavis and SpamAssassin services and this initially reduced the ram used by 2G but slowly increased and now they are still at 7.5G of ram occupied with consequent email warnings for few available resources.

I also tried to disable varnish but the result doesn't change.

I can't understand what may have happened, does anyone have any ideas about it?

thanks!

CentOS 7 Problems / poor uptime with varnish
« on: October 29, 2020, 02:15:12 PM »
Hi,
On my vds server i installed cwp and activated nginx apache php-fpm and it seems to work fine, i use uptimemonitor.com to check uptime.
I activate varnish for better performance nginx-> varnish-> apache-> php-fpm and uptimemonitor.com reports 2 or 3 downstates for one day. I tried to monitor the ping but even during the downstate the ping was successful.
Does anyone have the same problem or can you advise me what I should do to investigate and fix it?
