Apache / Apache Webserver not working and shows error 502

i was installing a new wordpress on my subdomain and all the sudden i got error 502 and when i went back to server dashboard i found that apache is not working and when i start it i got this message

Apache / http server test page issue

hi
all the sudden i found all my domain giving 403 forbiden error after so i disabled mod secutriy now all my domain is stuck with http server test page
any help will be appreciated
i tried to follow http://wiki.centos-webpanel.com/default-page-displayed-for-all-domains
but still no luck
