there is no any bug, cwp is using mysql so if your mysql restarts too slow it will not work.
You should restart mysql from the command line or check what issue you have with the restart command

evrything not at the place, or correct flowchart, input output
is a BUG.....

i hope i can back to use cwp

but after read this

i think,,, it a good choices to start leave the CWP....

except if you have extra $ to pay support.... u should stay

For standart pro or free version ( i have pro and free ) must thinking twice...

Production server (commercial hosting) will losing their customer if stay with free or standart version (not support include)

you should contact cwp support to check that

thats the point

bug injected to get support call

damn.. i hate to thinking like that.

check other files there, also try to check the filename
file location depends on the setup you have proxy or php-fpm

proxy :/usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/conf/web_servers/vhosts/nginx/
php-fpm: /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/conf/web_servers/vhosts/nginx/php-fpm/

Yes, all files located like that.
I already check them, checked location, permissions, ownership, directories, but the files simply vanished from the panel, and are not being showed in Webservers Main/Domain Conf.
But, strangely, are being showed in "WebServers Template Editor".
Checked included the lsattr atributes of that files, but all identical: '-------------e--'

So, I created 40 additional templates, but they are unusable because they are not showing up in "WebServers Template Editor".
Three or four weeks ago, they were all showing up normally in the panel.

Restarted cwp-phpfpm, cwpsrv-phpfpm and cwpsrv services, but no effect.
I'm thinking serioulsy was a bug introduced some weeks ago.

just like i though....
few weeks ago CWP sent update 4-5 update in just less than 24hours
after that i facing problem when i deploy new vps....

core package have a major bug

Installation / Re: EMERGENCY HELP ME
« on: November 04, 2021, 05:14:29 AM »
Hi,

I am a SysAdmin and i will gladly help you install and setup the entire system although it will cost you a small fee.

Feel free to contact me via a Direct Message.

Is the server at your home or is it a dedicated server that you bought and is hosted by a provider ?

The answer to the above question would determine if you already have a static IP.

If its on your home network its 100% dynamic IP. Not too hard to work around if we cannot acquire a static IP for your home.

Once the server is setup 100%, then get the CWP Pro license

contact them then i must pay for error they made ?

after big update about 3-4 update in oneday ( about 1-2 weeks ago) some bugs starting showing up

if they fix this
i back to cwp
i have pro and free so... yes im the big fans. but not the bigboss with billion money to get support for everytime they need,
they just launch the update with bug then no support can solved it from forum... so u will need to pay...

no i use cyberpanel with lossing some of my client, better lose them than keep using CWP with this bug

diferrent kernel version i use pro and free

and again

now... i dont use CWP

but i hope i have enough reason to use CWP again.... esspecially using cwp with alma

you should try with centos

PHP / Re: User's PHP.INI Editor not working
« on: November 02, 2021, 11:35:51 AM »
Check if you default php.ini file is enable your user defined ini file.

For example, if you are using PHP-FPM, the file: /opt/alt/php-fpm74/usr/php/php.ini
Code: [Select]
(...)
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
; php.ini Options  ;
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
; Name for user-defined php.ini (.htaccess) files. Default is ".user.ini"
;user_ini.filename = ".user.ini"
(...)

If disabled, enable it.

i have already do that and nothing happen

but i give a try again
i do just like ur reply

https://prnt.sc/1y5rqqe

https://prnt.sc/1y5rmh1

still same
https://prnt.sc/1y5ry7h

and as i inform before
already try to deploy new vps... with centos 7 and cwp auto installer (from tutorial install)
without any modification
when installation finish
i add new domain
and enter user panel cwp check the php.ini
it same...

i think something was not correct with cwp default package
so new installation will face this problem

The different between 2 cwp that i use (at video) is:
1. pro and non pro
2. kernel version. the pro one (php.ini normal) installed about 4-5 month ago... and the free one (php.ini not normal) fresh installation 2 week and re install few days ago
