E-Mail / Erro SMTP (450)

I can't send emails but can receive. Displays the message: SMTP Error (450): failed to add the recipient

Mod_Security / Magento does not work after activate the Mod Security

Does anyone have any solution?
When the Mod Security is activated the Magento features: 500 Internal Server Error.
Already activated in magento. htcess not success

E-Mail / Cant access mail

I can't access the email by Rouddcube. When I enter the password prompt the message: Failed to connect to the server. Verify that reported the data correctly.
It deletes the email and reconfigured again but I can't access the emails.
