Other / Customer account storage is full

Several accounts on my CWP7 are giving the error of being full, without even having content.
I have already searched within the customer's account, to know which file or directory is occupying this space in the customer's account.
I haven't been able to understand so far, here's an image from one of the accounts !!!
Is there a command in linux that I can use, or would someone know to tell me what happens?

PHP / Not sending WHMCS email in SMTP

Hello people,
My WHMCS stopped sending email after I uploaded it on CWP7.
I am using SMTP protocol to send my emails, no version of PHP solved my problem, everyone is giving the same error.
I go to the WHMCS log and it really confirms that no email is being sent by CWP7.
If anyone can help me, I will be very grateful
