SSL / Hostname overriding accounts sub domain
« on: November 02, 2021, 10:38:01 AM »
Hi,

I'm using CWP for a subdomain that has a mail account, we are getting errors on the subdomain that it doesn't match any certificates, i.e. the main SSL certificate is for the hostname.

Happened on the last renewal last week, the admin area shows that the auto cert was successful amd there are 2 certificates.

https://www.sslshopper.com/ gives the error below.
None of the common names in the certificate match the name that was entered (mail.mydomain.co.uk). You may receive an error when accessing this site in a web browser.

Tried the update, yum update ca-certificates but the system was already up to date from this message I'm guessing (No packages marked for update)

Any help, will be much appreciated.

Thanks,
V.

Updates / [SOLVED] RoundCube - Server error after CWP auto update
« on: October 21, 2021, 10:39:09 AM »
I'm having issues since the 20h Oct, the htaccess has been updated and webmail / roundcube doesn't load email in the list panel.
Emails work via Mail Client but not displaying in Round Cube.

Inside /usr/local/cwpsrv/var/services/roundcube/
There is a new htaccess.new dated 19th Oct 2021, is this overriding the previous dated 27 Nov 2016, if what needs to be merged.

Insode /usr/local/cwpsrv/var/services/roundcube/public_html
There is a blank .htaccess and the file owner is 'root' compared to 'cwpsvc' on the other files.

Any updates on this will be much appreciated.

Other / CWPpro Terminal - How to disable it - causing excess memory usage
« on: September 03, 2020, 10:06:13 AM »
Hi,

I need help to disable CWP Pro Terminal - How can I do this. It's currently taking additional memory (400MB+ and nearly  1GB Cached Memory since), having only 2GB memory, this is a lot for a terminal that doesn't even work.

I have CWPPro and clicked on the CWP Terminal - without notice it started to install things in the background and remained on installation notice. Never worked. But since I did that my memory usage has jumped and it will not come back down, even restarting services. I've searched and could not find anything about it other than people who have tried to used it have been left stuck with an unusable terminal.

I need to remove whatever was added when I clicked on the CWPPro Terminal - how can I remove these, please as it’s slowing my system.

Any help with this will be much appreciated.

Thanks,
V.
