E-Mail / Roundcube: Server Error: STATUS: Internal error occurred

hi brothers, please help. i don't how to do, this issue make me crazy.
our Roundcube mail have a error, please screenshot: https://prnt.sc/1wucyd7
"Server Error: STATUS: Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information. [2021-10-20 07:40:23] (0.001 + 0.000 secs)."
and The message has gone...
i look the devcot log, here's the log from /var/log/dovecot.log
i try to Build Mail Server, but nothing happen
any possible how to solve this issue? thanks in advance brothers.

hi guys,
any idea how to add in email like this in email source
X-OutGoing-Spam-Status: No, score=-2.9
i try to change this line in the file '/etc/amavisd.conf'
$sa_tag_level_deflt = -999; # add spam info headers if at, or above that level
but is not working...
Please help.
