https://webhosting-billing.com/ i think will die before born... you need tech support or at least. some one that can reply member for ticket and have WhatsApp number to main-administrator..... (for 911 call)

DNS / have 2 or more vps

hello
my friend ask me to solved this
he have 3 vps with 3 public ip
vps A:1.1.1.1
vps B:2.2.2.2
vps C:3.3.3.3
the primary domain - abc.com
he set private /child ns to
ns1.abc.com:1.1.1.1
ns2.abs.com:2.2.2.2
ns3.abc.com:3.3.3.3
and the abc.com use NS
ns1.abc.com
ns2.abc.com
ns3.abc.com
so far i think all is good... but.. the question comming out
how if he want to add other.com to vps A only and other.net to use VPS B only what ns he should to use?
temporary i use this solution for him
create NS1 and ns2 pointed to 1.1.1.1
ns3 and ns4 pointed to 2.2.2.2
ns5 and ns6 pointed to 3.3.3.3
and his abc.com use (whmcs only allow 5 ns)
ns1.abc.com
ns3.abc.com
ns4.abc.com
ns5.abc.com
ns6.abc.com
and add dns zone on every vps and set abc.com IN A 1.1.1.1. and i ask him to build abc.com at server A.
back to my question how if he want to add other.com to vps A only and other.net to use VPS B only what ns he should to use?

Information / Change IP Public but at CWP Client list not changing

this is my friends problem, he ask me to install cwp on first vps (we call vps-A) ip 192.168.0.111 then after 2 days he build another vps (VPS-B) with ip 192.168.0.123.
both using cwp
today he want to switch the ip
192.168.0.111 for VPS-B
192.168.0.123 for VPS-A
all i do is simple
shutdown all VPS
change the ip
turn it on
run cwp update
and edit the dns zone
done...
but i found 1 problem

it still use old ip
at VPS-A still use 192.168.0.111
and
vps-B use 192.168.0.123
how to refresh that part ?

having trouble on quota (minor prob), Reseller Quota (major prob. because we use cwp to make money but cant but the bloated expensive one)

is that posible to do this :
server A (source)
backup BETA .... save to /newbackup../manual/account/abc.ext.ext
then i copy that file to server B (target)
then put it on /newbackup../manual/account/abc.ext.ext
is that ok ?
since as i can read the backup beta write something to /etc/cwp/config/12 14 15 16 or something
and when i extract that... it work (but for big email not working <-- different case)
and it have file password
vmail
etc
at /home/useraccount

Backup / BUG? Backup BETA vmail more than 2GB

i lost email 3GB because the backup not working
with capacity 3GB from total 7 GB
i do full Backup compressed using backup BETA
(this is test account actually, i fill the email about 3GB to test - text email with some jpg attachment, to simulate normal email activity)
after backup the file size at full backup manual folder file size about 1.7GB
then i remove the real account
then i restore it using backup BETA-->restore
it only restore 256MB and some trouble in roundcube mail with PLAIN AUTH error
then i fix it with change password
after that, i login to my mail box...
viola... no inbox only sent and spam folder.
email restored 256 MB only w/o inbox

tested on free cwp
step by step to test
- create package 500MB with name "500"
- create package 300MB with name "test300"
- create user with packaged "500"
- upload files 300MB
- check quota 400/500
- i change the user package to "test300"
- check quota 400/300 and red flag
- from user panel i open file manager and i upload 56MB files
Success!!
i have cwp pro... not tested on pro yet...
