just maybe something to look at when you make a new account it has a domain name added to that account, check out user accounts and make sure its not in their as a domain name.

I also discovered you cant use capital letters as well

Still have this issue and hoping someone may be able to tell me what I can do to diagnose the issue.

could I have an issue with other domains already added (since I did some manual edits) I have tried to take back to defaults but can not resolve

Once I add the domain and hit submit what gets created and checked I assume by scripts

Can I edit some files to resolve this issue

DNS / Adding Domain No special characters are allowed! error
« on: May 11, 2015, 12:31:08 PM »

Having issues with adding a domain to the root and other accounts through the latest CWP software.

I have been able to last week add domain names and since then have played with dns records a little manually. I added a subdomain a record to redirect to a different ip.

Can someone please give some advice on how I could fix this issue.

Below is what the script and data I'm entering to get the error message.

"/index.php?module=add_domain" using domain name  Instantlyagelessaustralia.net user is instant and path is /public_html

The error is "Warning! : No special characters are allowed!"

Here is some more info for you.
