Other / Server Time on user Dashboard Problem

Hi,
I have a problem with the display of Server Time on "User Dashboard", but when i check on "Admin Dashboard" it is fine and had the  same time with my server in terminal "timedatectl".

Any solution of this? or I need more config?

Finally i solve this problems already.
just update your file /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/functions.php and /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/cron.php

and then do the command "sh update_cwp"

For us as an admin know how to use it, but for user they still cannot access the softaculous, both in icon menu or navigation menu. When user click the softaculous icon, nothing happen, but when user click the softacoluous on navigation menu on the left (File Management Menu), it linked into http://server.xxxxx.com:2082/client/module=softaculous . Miss "?" tag

it work now, both in the icon menu or navigation menu
