Yes, I see now..
But, not sure why any of my support questions were answered over the years then.

Someone must have been in a giving mood.

But since the mood is no longer...
We must eval our new CWP cost compared to our CP and DA costs..


Sorry I liked CWP more when they were in the mood. LOL

but, as far as cwp 'support' goes..

you'd be better off snail mailing a "Self-addressed" Stamped Envelope..

you might actually get a responce in a timely manner.. lol

On that note....
I have been a Pro user for years on many servers and their support although slow at times was there for us.
But..... this has since changed.
It only took a few hours for this reply, instead of the usual help..

We will be happy to assist you but unfortunately you don't have an active support service or your support service has expired.

For a more detailed check of your server and services configuration issues, you can check our Support services.
Each configuration changes or issue which requires free time for resolving will need to be done via our Support services.

Support orders are usually approved within 24 hours, once the order is approved you will be able to use our support tickets.
Please note that one-time support service is for single issue only and can't be used for multiple issues.

    File Management
          |--CWP->LogViewer

the above only shows in the Admin panel.

I see only 1 user in  File Management   |--CWP->LogViewer,
How can I get all users to show
