CentOS 7 Problems / Re: SSL Invalid After Rebuild
« on: December 30, 2019, 01:51:49 PM »
Thanks for your reply.
It's Apache only.  However, the 1st website was running well for months.  (root+1st website as vhost)
But I have added 2 websites today.  I have checked the vhost with the path valid.

There are 2 files for each site.
site1.com.conf
site1.com.ssl.conf

CentOS 7 Problems / SSL Invalid After Rebuild
« on: December 30, 2019, 09:37:51 AM »
Dear all,
I am using CWP7 pro.  I have tried to add 2 more vHost domains.  However, after rebuild & restart the web service, all website of 443 is not working.  The only 1 vHost website in WordPress is now the default CWP - Http test page.

I have checked:
1. 443 port is opened at the CWP and the firewall is never blocking 443
2. the /home/1stsite/public_html is still containing WordPress stuff - but showing me http test page.
3. DNS is fine because showing me the HTTP test page.  Also, the FTP (no SSL) is still running with the 1st site.
4. Certificate files are still there.  1st site SSL was just re-generated and reboot.

I have tried reboot and/or restart the web service but the problem is still there.

Thanks.

Aplications / WordPress Page Update - 403 Forbidden
« on: May 30, 2019, 02:51:51 AM »
Dear all,
I am facing a problem after the installation of a new WordPress site.  I can update the "Post" by creating new / updating.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/post.php on this server.

Unfortunately, I can't do anything on top of pages.  Currently, I have disabled nearly all plugins but only the classic editor.

I have used the "Fix Permission" function in the CWP and checked the folders / files as 755 for the wp-admin and php files within it as 644.  Could anyone suggest any clues?

Thanks.
Regards,

I would like to set up some websites at the server with CWP.  The domain & email are tested.

After the generation of SSL, I have checked the httpd.conf or ssl.conf (conf.d) are both with default information only.  The Let's Encrpt files are generated.
I tried to edit it manually with the document root and/or log information.  I have also clicked on the "Restart Web Server" service.

I type "mydomain.com" and it goes to the default CWP page rather than my testing index.html at /home/mydomainuser/public_html

I have checked 80/ 443 ports are listening.  I can type http://mydomain.com to return the CWP default page but not for http://www.mydomain.com / https://mydomain.com / https://www.mydomain.com

For example, ssl.conf

<VirtualHost *:443>
     SSLEngine On
     SSLCertificateFile /etc/pki/tls/certs/mydomain.com.cert
     SSLCertificateKeyFile /etc/pki/tls/private/mydomain.com.key
SSLCACertificateFile /etc/pki/tls/certs/mydomain.com.bundle  #If using a self-signed certificate or a root certificate provided by ca-certificates, omit this line

     ServerAdmin admin@mydomain.com
     ServerName mydomain.com
     DocumentRoot /home/mydominuser/public_html
     ErrorLog logs/mydomain/error.log
     CustomLog logs/mydomain/access.log combined
</VirtualHost>

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Re: Account Creation VS Domain Creation
« on: April 03, 2019, 04:28:37 PM »
Thanks, understand.
I have tested & solved.  However, I would like to add more user under abc123.com and it will return "domain" already existed!

I added the user because I think the email box creation is linked to a particular user.  If I have multiple users to receive email, what is the right way.

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Account Creation VS Domain Creation
« on: April 03, 2019, 11:21:51 AM »
I am totally new but purchased the PRO version.  My problem is when I create an account with the domain name input - say abc123.com for user admin1.  It is added successfully but I can't add the domain abc123.com due to record already existed.

OK, I delete the user to create the domain and it needs 1 username linking to it.

It is just likely an infinitely loop.  Currently, I am trying to use a dummy domain name for the user like abc123com with user admin1.  Then, I create the domain abc123.com with user admin1.

It should give me error for generation of SSL certificate.  Did I miss any vital step?  I am frustrated.
