after i run CWP update today the available disk quota decreased suddenly from 50% to less than 3 % , is there any thing to fix that or delete temporary and garbage files

For example, if the backup appears to be 10 GB, it will download 2-3 MB or not, when the download starts, the download fails.
exactly what happens for me, I hope if one can help in that

when I try to upload a large file through fileManager ( about 2 GB) , the file manager not succeed in uploading it
