CentOS 7 Problems / Re: Cron Run Problem - Manual Run
« on: April 09, 2022, 11:30:36 PM »
Were you able to fix this ever?

Unfortunately the only way to avoid that is to pay for the Pro version of the Control Panel. It was reason enough to leave.

Note: I forgot to mention that after paying for the Pro version, the only effective way to prevent Cron from stopping is to use root Cron, the user Cron does not work.

CentOS 7 Problems / Cron Run Problem - Manual Run
« on: January 07, 2021, 11:17:14 AM »
I have a problem with the Cron in CWPpro (Latest Version).

It turns out that all crons work fine except for something ... I have to run them manually. The Cron is supposed to be there so that it executes the tasks automatically but it is not the case, I have to be entering every 3 hours to execute the cron manually because if I don't, the days go by and the cron still does not start.

The problem I noticed was when I migrated a WHMCS installation, I realized that the Cron that was configured for every 5 minutes had days without running (which delayed the generation of an invoice). The strangest thing is that the "crontab" service is working without problems (According to the status of the service and the journalctl) which makes me a lot weirder.

The exact same thing happens to me but with the CWP User. Very slow but the CWP Admin is fast

In that image you can see how long it takes to load the dashboard of CWP.user (Without Cache)

Here you can see the absurd delay for CWP Admin to load (Without Cache)... Literally nothing and it loads more content than CWP.user.

I do not understand

CentOS 7 Problems / CWP.user Slow
« on: September 17, 2020, 05:49:53 PM »
I have installed the CWPpro and I'm surprised how fast the sites and the CWP Admin go but when I specifically use CWP.user there the problem occurs ...

The minimum delay is 2 seconds until the content starts to load while a website or the CWP Admin itself loads instantly. In case you wonder, that "instantly" is less than half a second practically. Both the sites and the CWP Admin load me that fast, but if I go to the CWP User, I have to wait up to 7 seconds for the DNS list to load or 30 seconds for it to load the list of installed PHP versions. Something that in the CWP Admin loads in less than a second along with the entire web.
