have a big problem, I wanted to put python 3.11 on the server, at the end of the configuration (I also changed the openssl version from 2017 to 2023) and now nothing works anymore, I can't enter CWP I can no longer connect to the sites and I no longer receive emails. how can i restart everything?

I installed prestashop from addon script, I've been trying everything for two weeks but when I try to enter the site it doesn't let me see the pages it always tells me "the page doesn't work" in the admin of the shop it enters but it keeps running and I can't work. i tried several times to install and uninstall cwp but still the same. yesterday I tried to look with firefox browser and it works but with crome edge nothing to do, you can't see it. Can anyone tell me where am I going wrong?
