Apache / Bullshit CWP

Apache Problem after installing varnish 

[root@Mashtyha conf]# service httpd restart
Stopping httpd:                                            [FAILED]
Starting httpd:                                            [FAILED]
[root@Mashtyha conf]# service varnish stop
Stopping Varnish Cache:                                    [  OK  ]
[root@Mashtyha conf]# service httpd restart
Stopping httpd:                                            [FAILED]
Starting httpd:                                            [FAILED]]

What is the problem ? i do not made any changes on configs !

4. Hardware Requirements
32 bit Operating System requires minimal of 512 MB RAM
64 bit Operating System requires minimal of 1024 MB RAM
Recommended is to have 4 GB+ RAM so you would have the full functionality, like Anti-virus scan of emails.

this is from installation manual...
I think it only supports Apache.

I moved from Zpanel to CWP (I have some issues but not with web server all my sites are working fine)

thanks for help , thats mean CWP Is better than free web panels like ! Kloxo , Webmin ?

which is one good for me ? i want just real secured and optimized Panel

1.Is CWP Totally Free?
2.CWP Supports The NGINX Web Server? ( Install Easy )
3.IS CWP Better Than other Free Control Panels ?

my VPS Information :

Ram : 2048Mb
Cpu : 2Core
SSD: 25GB
HDD : 80 Gb
port: 1Gbps
Bw : Unlimited
DC: OVH

What Do you think ?
