Please reinstall
Before doing that please backup csf.conf file with cp /etc/csf/csf.conf /etc/csf/csf.conf.bak
cd /usr/src
rm -fv csf.tgz
wget https://download.configserver.com/csf.tgz
tar -xzf csf.tgz
cd csf
sh install.sh
After please restore csf.conf
