CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / PHP File Manager - Edit Not working

When i use the edit option to edit the code the top navigation dissapears after it fully loads
It looks like the zorder order is not working.

I added a margin to the code screen and that seamed to work to show it
This happed from whened this morning and there was no update or change to my system?

i did a booboo i was typing in chmod 777 -r /home/ and now im getting this permissions 403 forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe

what are the defaults?
how can i recover from this

i tried this and it crashed my server. the client side admin is not loading but when i go into it from the root it works but not from client side

im also having the same problem admin panel is allowing backups but the users cant enable auto backups and i would like auto backups for all users by default
