Hi,
Can you check does your service like opendkim and spf works correctly, seems like your bind config looks fine but does it really signs them cos dkim must have open port to check its all legit.
I used this tools to check my mail server too:

so i was checking some of your posts you like to install from repositories but admins keep telling around that everything is installed from source in cwp. I m using this panel almost 2 years I think and never did not show any but except when I fucked up something...

maybe they don't check or they don't make backups 
noticed few last emails are not sent full had some kind special char in some file name and mail finish when backup script work with that file and try to copy it. manually run script and everything went fine . this morning got mail like before full and at end that error appears again. strange

No still didn't find solution... tried to run script manually and didn't see any problems I think there... script do the job without errors. but logs keeps show me this every day when crontab backup works.
I am having the same issue for a few days, I haven't change the password, I did upgrade to MariaDB.
I can access using phpAdmin with the same password as before.
Wondering if you find out how to solve this issue?

My friend had similar problem but mail server was not secured and its open relay active.
Do you have any bounce back messages with ip's logs to show us or send me pm with that... to check out.

Check panel where you bought your domain does allows you to create custom ns servers. When you create them you need to wait up to 24h to dns propagate them. I have domain on godaddy and they allow you to create ns servers. you have tutorial on link up.
By the way when you create ns1.custom.tld it must be resolved even if you did not install anything on your server. So when you do:
nslookup ns1.custom.tld you must get results that resolves your server ip.

I think this maybe can be bug in command line in cwp and not generating for both www and non www domain.
You can try to generate custom letsencrypt install and add manually paths and see does this helps you (didn't tried myself cant tell you nothing for sure)
Answer is this bug or not can only confirm someone who is developing cwp, but yes tested mine too not working on www also.

everything seems fine with permissions and owners/groups

check the router first, logs show you cant connect to gmail server something is blocking if router doesn't have any restrictions there maybe its on provider side...
