CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / User accounts are unable to login to centos-webpanel gui

New installation with brand new user accounts created yet the user accounts are unable to login to server with credentials setup.

it migrates only the specified above, with time it will be improved.

Except it doesn't restore any of the following
- All Files from public_html folder
- All MySQL databases
- All Users for the MySQL databases

Only thing it does is creates user accounts which I can do rather easily myself. Honestly, you should probably not try to list this as a feature of your control panel because it is severely lacking.

Make sure OpenDKIM is installed on your server because I just did a fresh install using Centos-Webpanel instructions and it didn't install OpenDKIM with the email packages thus causing same issues of the OpenDKIM files don't exist. Of course CWP Admin probably already knows this but would rather point you to someone else because issue is clearly not on their end of packages not installing correctly. Honestly though we can't really expect much from this product since it's cheap as in free.

Installed Mod_Security and when I go to restart Apache Server this is what I get:

Starting httpd: httpd: Syntax error on line 419 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 1 of /usr/local/apache/conf.d/mod_security.conf: Cannot load /usr/lib64/libxml2.so into server: /usr/lib64/libxml2.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
