Cron Run Problem - Manual Run
« on: January 07, 2021, 11:17:14 AM »
I have a problem with the Cron in CWPpro (Latest Version).

It turns out that all crons work fine except for something ... I have to run them manually. The Cron is supposed to be there so that it executes the tasks automatically but it is not the case, I have to be entering every 3 hours to execute the cron manually because if I don't, the days go by and the cron still does not start.

The problem I noticed was when I migrated a WHMCS installation, I realized that the Cron that was configured for every 5 minutes had days without running (which delayed the generation of an invoice). The strangest thing is that the "crontab" service is working without problems (According to the status of the service and the journalctl) which makes me a lot weirder.

Unfortunately the only way to avoid that is to pay for the Pro version of the Control Panel. It was reason enough to leave.

Note: I forgot to mention that after paying for the Pro version, the only effective way to prevent Cron from stopping is to use root Cron, the user Cron does not work.

Same here, user cron is not running in Pro version.

Another issue is different PHP version for website &  cron.
