First of all , all the best to the team, proud owner of Pro, and the first suggestion would be up the price , double, ($20 - ish) for Pro, excellent panel, one of the best, at stage at what it is now, second suggestion would be:

- This is more of an surprise and / or wonder. The first domain that gets added with the account and its mandatory, just disappears, nowhere to be found, with List Domains > nothing.
Now mandatory Domain field to account , i think should be removed, why >its frustrating  let say i want to add an moderator / admin to the server (not reseller), i have to imagine a "fictional" domain just for administration ( and hell i will give someone my root access ) ... so remove domain, add just users, as for the packages dropdown, that can be managed with an "unlimited" package or added another checkbox if user is admin / moderator. At adding Domain mandatory select to which user is applied .. btw .. CWPTerminal is stuck in an installing loop ..

The main account domain is not part of the addon domains in the user panel as those are only addon domains.
For the administration of multiple accounts, you can assign accounts to the reseller account.

All accounts should be limited by some resources even if you have only a single account as the main goal of all those restrictions is to prevent server failure, like server process overload, 100% disk usage, memory limits.... and many other failures that can occur.

For terminal failure, you would need to contact cwp support.

I did not say anything about acc limitations, that is managed in Packages and that section or option is ok, yes there are always improvements but , for now, that is ok and it works as it should, my proposal is to the new Acc Creation option, i strongly think that mandatory field for Domain should be omitted, but not the package (option that controls the limitations - that's ok). Assigning an reseller acc to an employee would be extra "naming" to distinguish them from real resellers, later as acc`s grow even difficult, which are different tasks and functions, adding a extra checkbox for Admin or Moderator or whatever should prove very useful, rights could be managed as an extra options Admin acc, or something else... As for the "disappearing" main server domain, that should be added as an option to the server management options, not just auto assign any first domain to the server, that should be as option but "semi - mandatory" or even mandatory but controllable, accessible and visible option, nobody wants to flush an paid fqdn domain to something like that ..
