Sitebuilder Unable create ftp user

I did the configuration as in the link https://site.pro/Plugin-installation-guide/centos-web-panel/

I am faced with this message, I have given the consents as sitepro requires.

What have I forgotten?

What is the output of

systemctl status pure-ftpd.service

           └─ pure-ftpd (SERVER)

checked works correctly
