Providing an actual version of Spamassassin

Hi,

yould you please update the spamassassin package as it is really old in the repository.

And to prevent messing anything up i would prefere to have a update over the repository instead of updating manually.

CWP uses the default CentOS repos. If you need some latest software you will have to update it manually
