Roundcube Inbox Server Error! (Internal Server Error)

I can send mail but cannot recieve mail or the inbox won't show messages

Hi error says: cannot access cd /usr/local/cwp/php71/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20170718/no-debug-non-zts-20170718
may I know why am I getting this chmod Thank you

 I entered the command this got me

OS update needed :

run

yum update -y

cwp fix

Attemping to run "/scripts/update_cwp" and getting this:

Just sitting here. However in CWP Admin it is now showing CWP Up to date. I need to run the roundcube update to fix the error.

What do I need to do? interrupt the putty session?
