Cwp7 pro does not create a folder in vmail
« on: April 12, 2022, 03:59:51 AM »
Hi !

After the last 2 updates that the Panel received a few days ago, I face the following problem. Until now, when I was creating a new account, the list accounts, I was creating my mail and everything was working properly. After the upgrades I have done absolutely nothing when I create a new mail account in an existing domain Or in a new domain I have issues.
--- THE MOST SERIOUS thing is that it does not create a folder or anything related to the mail that corresponds to the domain in var / vmail. And every time I have to do it manually by creating the folders in vmail for example if the domain is. Example.com I create a folder in var / vmail exaple.com and in it info (info@example.com) and enter with ssh because the panel does not allow me to change group And owener. Because it's incredibly tedious to do this all day how can it be fixed?

email folders are created when you start email activity like receiving and sending mails.

I fix yesterday my problem with this
https://wiki.centos-webpanel.com/roundcube-internal-server-error

1) sh /scripts/mail_roundcube_update

2) /scripts/cwp_api account mail_fix_permissions

3) chown vmail.mail /var/vmail

4) chmod 770 /var/vmail
