Are you using the DKIM built into CWP along with tha servers DNS or a 3rd party DNS?

Also did you rebuild the mail server?

I'm just using a third party DNS.

I haven't rebuild the mail server either.

Go into CWP's DNS, and copy the DKIM entries EXACTLY like they are there.
If not, it will fail.

When you create a site in CWP it creates the basic DNS entries automatically.
And then when you rebuild the mail server with DKIM, it will create those entries automatically in the DNS.

If you need configuration help, CWP provides it at:

I'm assuming here.

If we need to rebuild mailservers and dkims and, in my case, I use Cloudflare for dns management, then I need to update all of them at Cloudflare, am I right?

For anyone else running into this problem...

The correct way to set up DKIM when using a thrird-party DNS service not controlled by CWP - take the content of the TXT record for DKIM at your CWP DNS and mirror same record at your third party DNS service. If for any reason your DKIM key is cut short due to input field character limitation it will not work. Make sure all characters exist when mirroring the DKIM TXT entry.
