How can i modify vhost?

Hello i got an script i buy in codecanyon.

the instructions tell me to modify a vhost

im stuck in this step 4:


Can someone point me to where I can modify this?
i have cwp7pro with  NGINX -> VARNISH -> APACHE -> PHP FPM
