Using third-party SSL Certificates
« on: August 15, 2022, 02:04:11 PM »
Hello all, I currently have several sites hosted using CWP, and I had an SSL Certificate expire on one a few days ago. I went to renew it using AutoSSL, and it continued to use the expired certificate even after the new one was installed. I then went to an outside Certificate Issuer (ZeroSSL in this case) and downloaded a certificate from them. However, after installing the certificate from ZeroSSL, the website is still throwing an error and when I view the certificate on the browser side, it is still showing that it is using the expired certificate from Let's Encrypt. What am I doing wrong/what do I need to do to get the correct certificate to show and for my website to stop throwing an expired certificate?

nginx / cwpsrv / apache / varnish need to be restarted after a new certificate is installed
