Email service not working

Hello, i have the problem that i cant connect to my mailserver any more.

In Email Clients i get the message that connection is blocked
In Roundcube i get the message that "Roundcube connection to storage server failed"

the problem started when my disk space was one time full; it worked fine for many years; actually i have 50 GB free storage; i think there is something wrong with the configuration but i cant find the problem. I have no limits activated.

Mail server rebuild doesnt fix the problem.

Finally found the failure for my case; I didnt recognize that the Dovecot IMAP/POP3 Server didnt startup correctly after the last rebuilt of the mailserver.

In my case the failure was in the dovecot.conf file at line 177 and 189 and was a compatibility problem. The automatically from the CWP Mail server rebuild script in this file written lines autoexpunge = 30d were not compatible with that on my Server installed dovecot Version that was lower than v2.2.20+ and caused the problem that the service didnt start any more. By deleting all of these lines in the file the service is working perfect now. Another way would be to upgrade dovecot to a higher Version actually compatible with the actuall used CWP Version.

The file can be found under etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf

rebuild then check services run or not
all you can do from GUI
