First off the official instructions from 2015 are nonsense.

When I first started with cPanel I was able to recreate accounts by using things from the script directory. I see CWP has one but I'm not seeing an 'add_user_account'.
All I will be able to do now is work from backups. I have 150 accounts so scripting will be helpful. I suck at it but "I get by with a little help from my friends".
So, first question, am I missing something obvious in the scripts directory for creating accounts?
