custom ssl validation issue

Hi,
In CWP Panel, while validation of ssl certification upto this folder is working 1.
http://example.com/.well-known
http://example.com/.well-known/pki-validation/
not working it showing error "You don't have permission to access this resource."
can we get the solution!

You don't have an http -> https redirect interfering, do you?

yes, its have with https also when i tried with
https://example.com/.well-known/pki-validation/EEED3C9C183BDA686D41B6727D815A51.txt
then error display The requested URL was not found on this server.
when i put double dash (--) in pki--validation its work! so, single dash(-) pki-validation not working. with https/http .

I've been trying to find a way to solve this as well, no luck...
