Hi Guys, if anyone is still trying, it's not that difficult to add the latest version to cwp7,
setup shoutcast through the panel as normal, but don't create any streams yet. copy the latest version of the sc_serv file and the cacert file in the template folder, modify the permission to match the old, and also using the chown command modify the owner of the files to the shoutcast user.

after this you can go ahead and create a stream server and you will be using the latest version!
