Mismatch between target UID (99) and UID (504)

After entering one stupid command in to root: "yum -y install php-gd" im reciveing errors in my error_log file:
[Tue Dec 23 04:46:36 2014] [error] [client 123.fake.123.123] SoftException in Application.cpp:404: Mismatch between target UID (99) and UID (504) of file "/home/FAKEUSERNAME/public_html/index.php"

My websites stopped working all i get is:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, you@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I tryed manny things to fix this problem. I tryed to run "fix permisions" , "sh cwp-latest" to reinstall cwp recompile php recompile apache. No help.

Can someone help me? Thank you

Hi

Is the owner correct in your vhosts ie

SuexecUserGroup = (the correct owner and group) i dont think php-gd would have caused any major issues its pretty standard, im assuming you restarted httpd ? if so had you made any other changes before restarting after install php-gd ?
