We had a cascading HVAC failure forcing us to shut down a portion of the datacenter. We are addressing the problem and will let you know once your issue can be resolved. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we work hard to resolve this issue.

does this affect the apacher webserver service?

I am getting services from an other datacenter right now. They had an HVAC issue once. It was a very big power failure. So they has to get in touch with an air conditioning contractor to fix the issue. The process took about 2 days to get the data center up and running again.
