Error Transfer Account CWP to CWP (centos7)

[LIMS]

i have install new CWP in new server and want to migration from OLD server
CWP version, OS, and webserver is the sane (apache Only )
but get error here this step :


continued transferred account

when check on destination server is added domain being transfered but no file
i try to terminated before and try transfer again, and get the same only create domain but no file too

anyone can help, and give solutions ?

From what I can notice in the registry, there seems to be a directory with username / public_html

I recommend you check that this does not exist in addition to the username does not exist in the following files

/ etc / passwd
/ etc / shadow

Please let me know how it went after this check

Nops....in m ycase, I'm trying with user 'racetime'. There's no folder 'racetime' in /home and nothing related to 'racetime' in paswd/shadow files.....but still with same error. Nothing on log's, just the message that can't create user account

I have successfully done more than 5 times transfer using cwp to cwp in the past, this is the first time I got this weird error.

I have the same error, guys its obvious that something wrong with new version, can you please fix it asap.

Please place the two ips of your servers on a whitelist, if you send me the summary of the transfer log I can help you solve this problem

I have already disabled firewalls on both sides, still need to add ip to whitelist ?
