Exclude some directories when backing up home dir

Hi all
I am using auto backup  feature of cwp
But some of directories consumes much  disk space. And they are also backed up in daily weekly and montly .
Is there any way to exclude some directories when backing up?
If I do not find any solution I will create a cron running daily and deleting those directories.
