Hostname SSL won't update
« on: June 13, 2020, 12:09:49 AM »
Just did a new install of CWP, and I know the trick where to change the hostname to update the SSL, but for some reason it is not changing.
It's still the self signed SSL that gives an error.

Need to get this server up & running.

Any suggestions.

CentOS Linux release 7.8.2003 (Core)
CWP version: 0.9.8.986 - Have not registered as Pro yet.

Hi,
when I change hostname from defaulthostname.net to newhostname.net in CWP, it don't delete defaulthostname.net folder or .conf in /root/.acme.sh/cwp_certs/defaulthostname.net. So when autoSSL will do renew of this cert it'll rewrite current/new hostname cert. I hope that this info help to fix it. Thank you.

Same problem this seems like a pretty large issue across the board. Any one have a actual solution that allows your CWP SSL to be valid for the control panel
