Mail Usage Space Wrong?
« on: July 23, 2020, 01:27:14 AM »
I have a domain with about 4 email accounts in it.

I was using them locally and had stuff stored on them.

I switched over to a remote zimbra server to try it out for a couple months but did not like it.

So today I created those new email accounts back in cwp and it is saying they are using 1GB+ of space each which is probably what they were at previously.

The problem is when I log onto them via roundcube there is nothing in each account even though it says its using 1GB+ of space each account.

Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem.

Both Roundcube and CWP are reporting that a particular email account is using up 317Mb when Disk Details is saying 7.4Mb

How can I force a refresh of the value?
  • I have tried re-starting the Dovecote Mail Server, but that didn't fix the problem.
  • Nor did restarting the server

Any suggestions most welcome.

No that didn't work either.

see if you have the graph metrics installed, i saw this upwards of 250MB in size on each account and they'd only been online for a couple of days!

CWP Settings > Edit settings > final checkbox "GoAccess Stats"

You will have to delete these manually from the users folder in /home/username/cwp_stats/gaccess 👍
