get very high LA

how fix it?
I cant use opcache because of suphp

the experienced system admin should check that could be some bad bot attack or d/dos or simple some improvements must be done.

you need to check all: logs, who is making these connections by checking netstat, what is accessing....
Anyway if you don't have expereince with it you should contact your server admin or cwp support.
