SSL / AutoSSL not renewing
« on: November 13, 2019, 12:57:45 PM »
Hi, we've been using CWP with the build in Let's Encrypt certificates for some time now and it renewed the certificates automatically.
But it stoped renewing, I saw today that we had 2 expired certs!
So I got to CWP6pro.admin panel > WebServer Settings > SSL Certificates > and Renew Now for one of the expired domains and got the message:
Successfully...! Renewal carried out successfully.
I visited the site and realized that the certificate was not renewed!
I decided to delete the certificate and create again, but now gives error, displays the message:
An error occurred, the certificate can not be installed
What's going on?
Can anyone point me in a direction?
Which log can I check for errors?

Where can I make this specific configurations?
In /usr/local/apache/conf.d/vhosts/app.xxxxxxxxx.com.conf ?

Apache / Re: Fail to install mod_evasive
« on: July 17, 2018, 11:51:53 AM »
Thanks! It works!
Now I'm fighting with email notification, I have Postfix (configured with my SMTP server) and the e-mail sent has no subject.
Any hint about this?

Error: Multilib version problems found. This often means that the root
cause is something else and multilib version checking is just
pointing out that there is a problem. Eg.:
1. You have an upgrade for apr which is missing some
dependency that another package requires. Yum is trying to
solve this by installing an older version of apr of the
different architecture. If you exclude the bad architecture
yum will tell you what the root cause is (which package
requires what). You can try redoing the upgrade with
--exclude apr.otherarch ... this should give you an error
message showing the root cause of the problem.
2. You have multiple architectures of apr installed, but
yum can only see an upgrade for one of those arcitectures.
If you don't want/need both architectures anymore then you
can remove the one with the missing update and everything
will work.
3. You have duplicate versions of apr installed already.
You can use "yum check" to get yum show these errors.
...you can also use --setopt=protected_multilib=false to remove
this checking, however this is almost never the correct thing to
do as something else is very likely to go wrong (often causing
much more problems).

SSL / Re: How to remove LetsEncrypt Certificate
« on: July 28, 2017, 12:25:18 PM »
Same doubt here...
I installed Let's Encrypt through "Apache settings > Letsencrypt Manager" and create a certificate, but now I want to remove the certificate.
The problem is that there is no option to remove the certificate, such as the one for "SSL Cert Manager"...
How can i remove the certificate from Let's Encrypt?

SSL / Why Let's Encrypt is "NOT IN USE ANYMORE" ?
« on: July 24, 2017, 11:42:44 AM »
Hi, i updated my test server to CWP 0.9.8.259.
I went to the menu Apache Settings > Letsencrypt Manager and saw that CWP recommends the use of "SSL Cert Manager and AutoSSL".
So i decided to test Let's Encrypt and it works...
Why do you recommend not to use?

CentOS 6 Problems / Re: Can't list user accounts after MySQL update
« on: July 20, 2017, 06:20:25 PM »
Found the problem following this https://datatables.net/manual/tech-notes/1
The response was:
After setting the sql_mode parameter in /etc/my.cnf the problem has stopped.
The response was:
Quote
Expression #2 of SELECT list is not in GROUP BY clause and contains nonaggregated column 'root_cwp.user.domain' which is not functionally dependent on columns in GROUP BY clause; this is incompatible with sql_mode=only_full_group_by
After setting the sql_mode parameter in /etc/my.cnf the problem has stopped.

CentOS 6 Problems / Re: CentOS6 Upgrade
« on: July 19, 2017, 03:24:40 PM »The journey continues...
Apache started after rebuilding it to version 2.4.25.
CWP6.admin > Apache Settings > Apache Re-Build > Apache 2.4.25 & suPHP 0.7.2
I found that httpd.conf in use after the rebuild was similar to the httpd.conf.rpmnew created on the manual update.
It looks like apache.sh is messing up the httpd.conf, in the manual update...
To make things worse... when a go to User Accounts > List Accounts a got the error below...
Edit: i tried to put an image with tool for images, but it didn't show... here is the link
