It's not the browser; it's just that since I recently switched servers, my reseller didn't have a package assigned to me on the new server, so GPT chat helped me solve it XD. It helped me assign a package since I know absolutely nothing about commands or configuration, but anyway, I managed to access my account.

I've already submitted numerous support tickets, but they haven't helped me at all, even though I paid for support. I keep telling them I can't access the dashboard, and I've even sent a video explaining my problem, but they still haven't resolved anything. Does anyone here know how to fix this? I haven't been able to access my reseller account dashboard for three days now.

guys, I have a reseller account, but all of its accounts work fine if you select php.ini, except for the main reseller account, it doesn't give me the option to add a new record, does anyone know why?

I enter my control panel, go to phpMyAdmin and another page opens where it asks me for a username and password, I already entered the username and password for the control panel, for the database and nothing works... In theory that window should not appear, I would just log in directly and that's it.

Hi, I have a question, about a year ago aprox, cpanel no longer worked with centos 7 or 6 if I remember correctly, then we all had to migrate to a more updated server, so I moved to Centos Web Panel and it was the best decision I have made.
An acquaintance told me, that Centos web panel, would stop working in December last year, which I have not seen any change and I have not read anything about it). So as cpanel did and we would have to upgrade to a newer server, how true is this? or we have centos web panel for many more years without having to upgrade servers? I am asking to be aware of any updates that I have not been aware of.

MySQL / duplicate data base

hello, I just created a random user and it tells me that the database is duplicated, check and I have no name with that user, delete the user and the DB and I came back to create another one and it tells me the same thing that is duplicated, I put random names and that tells me, I have already restarted the server and restarted mysql and the problem is not solved, what can I do? i have only 2 DB both say ERROR DUPLICATE...and is NEW my DB no is migration
