Installation / SQL files url not reachable

hi
URLs in this part of the installation script are not reachable
http://static.cdn-cwp.com/files/cwp/sql/root_cwp.sql
http://static.cdn-cwp.com/files/cwp/sql/oauthv2.sql
(Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.)
this causes an error after installation.
is it happening just for me?
