Addons / Shoucast V2 cant see me

Hello and greetings
I'm having a somewhat strange problem with shoutcast V2, the module is installed and working correctly, I can connect to the server and broadcast audio perfectly, I can even enter the shoutcast administration page without problems, but that's only on my network, with any computer, that's where the detail is, if I try to enter from any computer to listen with another connection, it just doesn't work.
It does not allow me to enter the shoutcast admin page, nor to listen, the system gives me the IP and port 16000, which I changed to 8000, thinking that it was an open port problem, but even so, the problem continues.
My web pages on the server work without problems, the server is a VPS that I am paying for in the United States, which is completely outside my network.
I don't understand what else I could do, I have restarted the server, reinstalled shoutcast so many times and tried many ports and I can't find the fault, the radio stations works well on my internet network, but outside of it it doesn't work.
I would appreciate any help in advance.
