CentOS 7 Problems / Problem nodejs

I have a problem with nodejs.
Whenever I need to create a project, node rarely starts.
When it works, most of the time, it only works with version 16, and when it does, it is very difficult.
It always gives an error when starting the application. I have even tested it with an empty initialization file, and it still gives an error.
And when it starts, it cannot be turned off in any way. If it is turned off, it costs money to start again.
You have to keep changing versions, and then go back to the previous one for it to work.
I have already uninstalled and installed it again and it did not work. I even installed extra packages and nothing.
If anyone knows how to solve this.
I need to adjust a server for websocket, it is complicated, because sometimes it needs to be turned off or restarted to recognize the adjustments, and since I have this problem, I am afraid to perform such actions, and node will not come back up.

PHP / Problem with PHP 7.4 error 500 on all sites

Hello, I have a problem with php 7.4, it doesn't compile correctly, I've removed it hundreds of times and reinstalled it, but it doesn't work.
Any website throws a 500 error.
I saw that some people indicate using fix error to correct permission, but this is not the case because it is not a permission error, but an error of missing modules in php.
I know it's a php error because if I install any site using softaculous or cwp installer and point to php 7.4 it gives error 500.
I really need to solve this question, why do I need to enable a module in whmcs and it only works with php 7.4
