if you're using nginx as reverse proxy, uninstall nginx and use Apache only and see if the problem is resolved or not

change ports for cwp and ssh, disable pure ftp if you're not using it. rebuild Apache to latest 2.2.31. use csf and Nginx reverse proxy.

Did you know the meaning of "+" ?
it means pagekit will run flawlessly with php 5.5.9 + i.e. 5.5.10, 5.5.xx and even with 5.6.x

you're using only Apache? or with nginx ? if you're using nginx try the upper solution provided by crmgddn63
if u r using Apache, usually rebuilding the Apache will solve this problem.
