Hi, if you want to use a remote SQL server you have to change the connection settings in CWP and MailServers.

Hi, CWP does not update for el6 anymore. Try to migrate data to EL7 or EL8 if you are able to do that.

I see only one change about the issue in nginx changelog:

       ngx_http_autoindex_module module used the "bgcolor" attribute, and
       might be displayed incorrectly when using custom color settings in
       browsers.
So, it does not look like an nginx problem.

Hi, CentOS 6 is too old and some mirrors do not work anymore. Try to check the link of the mirror you use: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/6/readme
I would suggest to find another mirror
