this is default CSF firewall installation but you can disable csf if you don't want to use it.
Also you should contact them if you have some issues with they software!

from version centos6 0.9.8.197 and centos7 0.9.8.291 this fixed is integrated into login so it will be fixed on the admin login into cwp.
You can also fix it by going to cwp menu (same versions are required like above)
IP-ADDRESS:2030/admin/index.php?module=ftp_management
or from the left menu --> File Management --> FTP Management
and then simply restart your pure-ftpd and test it again.
