as usual, you need to check what you have in the server logs as it all depends on what you have exactly configured on the server.

most common for 503 Service Unavailable
- This is probably related to incorrect port redirection or php-fpm socket if not working
- php-fpm is down

sure by using webserver templates per domain you can configure some custom port to be accessible over port 80 and https than can be easily installed using the SSL manager in cwp.admin, for that you only need to create a customer account with a subdomain in cwp.admin

you should resolve the spamming issue on the server and not by changing the IP.
The spammer can be easily found using logs also there are several instructions and commands on the cwp wiki.

for IP change of postfix you need to check the postfix config/instructions

the error says clearly it's an issue with MySQL user you created, probably the easiest way would be to create a custom user from PHPMyAdmin when you login from cwp.admin
